— In the past when I would call any sort of trade, electrician, plumber, A/C. etc., as soon the guy knocked on the door, the first thing I thin of is how is he going to try to put one over on me. Not with these guys.

The first time the came out we had just moved into a new house, it was August, and the A/C compressor didn't work. They could have easily taken me for hundreds, but instead replaced one bad part and charged me $40 for parts and labor. Have had them out a couple of times for our heater and same thing, they always seem to find the problem quickly. Once it was in the low teens and the heater would not run, they were here in 30 minutes, found a bad sensor, replaced it and the heater was fixed. All at a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.

I have a very old furnace which ticks along well, so far. I have been having Sanitary give it an annual maintenance, and they have never tried to sell me anything. The team that comes out is highly skilled and has assessed the problem(s) in 15 minutes or less! Pricing always seems fair based on my research, which is refreshing. It's a nice sense of relief to have a reliable team when you are without AC when summer rolls around. I highly recommend them!
